Seven Duke is a musician, producer, and mix engineer with over a decade of experience shaping sound across genres and settings. With a strong musical calling and a detail-oriented ear, Seven has spent recent years helping artists and studios bring ideas to life with warmth, competence, and flexibility.
Seven holds a degree in Music Production from the Los Angeles Recording School and has completed all available Avid Pro Tools certifications. With 600+ mixes and extensive studio time, Seven is ready for any project- from intimate acoustic tracks and podcast intro themes to hyperpop beats and indie EPs. While Seven favors Logic Pro, they’re advanced in Pro Tools and Ableton Live.
Over the last year, Seven served as the recording and mixing engineer at Brandy Melville’s Santa Monica studio, delivering a wide range of live sessions with post-production. Running five sessions a week and up to three mixes a day honed Seven’s ability to create high-quality, artist-tailored mixes while maintaining an excellent studio standard. By pioneering more in-depth vocal processing and overall quality improvements, they helped drive millions of Instagram views and enabled artists to release the masters as their own acoustic EPs.
Seven began as a classical orchestral violinist—performing twice at Carnegie Hall before graduating high school—then performed as a bassist and songwriter in an indie rock band. Collaborating closely with artists and producers, Seven understands how to protect the creative process while moving projects forward as a team.
Whether building a track from scratch or polishing the final mix, Seven works with the simple goal: make the finished product sound right.
